Delete your Coinloom account

Fastest way: inside the app

1. Open Coinloom and go to Settings.
2. Open Account and privacy.
3. Tap Delete my account and data, type DELETE and confirm.

Your login and everything you entered (expenses, income, accounts, budgets, goals, debts, investments, attached files) are erased at once and cannot be brought back. Tip: use Download all my data first. If you own a household that other people belong to, delete or hand over that household first. In a household you only belong to, shared records (accounts, transfers, shared pots) stay with the household owner. Our own backup copies are deleted within 90 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in Google Play, the App Store or the Microsoft Store first (see refunds and subscriptions). No access to the app?

Write to support@nvexis.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete the account. You get an automatic confirmation within 24 hours. We check that the request comes from the account's email address (we never ask for your password) and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

This page has no server: nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.
