Coinloom Community Rules

In short

  1. Households, circles, feedback and polls are for people who trust each other. Be kind and fair.
  2. Do not harass, threaten, shame or pressure anyone, and do not post anything sexual, hateful or illegal.
  3. Put other people's details in Coinloom only when you need them for your own records.
  4. Report a problem to support@nvexis.com. We confirm within 24 hours and act fast.
  5. Breaking these rules can get content removed and accounts closed.

These rules are part of the Terms of Use. They apply to everything you share with other people in Coinloom: household names, entries, notes, attachments, shared-pot entries, settle-up records, circle names, challenge names, display names, pictures, feedback and poll answers.

1. Be respectful

2. Protect other people's privacy

3. Content that is never allowed

Do not put into Coinloom (names, notes, files, pictures, messages or answers) anything that:

4. Feedback and polls

5. How to report a problem

Email support@nvexis.com (Grievance Officer: J JAI AKASH). Please say which household or circle, what happened and when, and attach a screenshot if you can. You do not need to be a Coinloom user to report something about yourself.

What happens next:

6. What we do

Depending on how serious it is, we may: remove or disable the content; remove a person from a circle; warn the account; limit features; or suspend or close the account (Terms, section 10). When the law requires it, we keep a record of removed content for the time the law sets and share it with the authorities. Where a crime may have happened (for example child sexual abuse material), we report it to the authorities.

If your content was removed and you think we were wrong, write to support@nvexis.com and we will look again.

7. A reminder

We remind everyone of these rules in the app from time to time, as the law asks.
